Production Overview
Adapted from the Bedazzle Inclusive Theatre show 'I'm Non-Typical, Typical' (Edinburgh Fringe 2019), TYPICAL? celebrates authentic representation and challenges stigmatising beliefs around neurodivergence and disability. The shoot was structured around access riders and shorter days, with 90% of the on-screen cast and 50% of the off-screen crew identifying as d/Deaf, disabled or neurodivergent. The production also embedded a supportive work experience programme for emerging disabled talent.
