TYPICAL? has been nominated for Best British Short Film & the Sunrise Studios presents Special Recognition award at this year's festival.


Joshua Fremantle, Founder of Lowestoft Film Festival said: “At Lowestoft Film Festival we are proud to celebrate and provide a platform for short films from any filmmaker, the representation in the short film ‘Typical?’ is a prime example of why we created the festival in order to give impactful short films a platform. The film powerfully highlights the daily struggles faced by people with disabilities and is a credit to Sarah’s directing skills.”
